§ 10.04.060. Regulation of private shopping centers.

The city may contract with shopping center owners, pursuant to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-209, for regulation of traffic therein. The terms and conditions of the contract shall, upon publication and recordation and the passage of ten (10) days pursuant to this subsection, if the contract shall have been entered into by the Mayor upon resolution of the Council so to do, the resolution having been in writing and incorporating the contract as a part thereof.
