§ 11.06.010. Division of land.

Latest version.

All land owned by the City of Vandalia adjacent to the reservoir, or artificial lake, located in Sections 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31, 32, 35 and 36, Township 7 North, Range 1 West of the Third Principal Meridian, all in Fayette County, Illinois, shall be divided as follows:
A.

All lands adjacent to the lake on the North side or the shoreline on the North side of the lake, owned or controlled by the City, are reserved for recreational areas, the use and purposes to be hereinafter designated by the City.

B.

All lands adjacent to the shoreline on the South side of the lake, owned or controlled by the City, are hereby designated as residential, recreational and public park areas, as may be named or numbered by the City for general identification purposes.
