§ 15.16.010. House movers.

Permit Required. No person shall move any house or other building from one point to another in the city, or from outside of the city into the city, or from within the city to a point outside the city without first having received a written permit therefor from the Superintendent of Streets. The permit stating the building desired to be moved, the present location, the location to which it is to be moved and the route to be taken and the time probably required for such moving.
