§ 2.04.140. Ordinances—Signing—Recording.

Every resolution, measure, ordinance or warrant adopted, passed or ordered by the Council must be signed by the Mayor, one designated by the Mayor to sign for him or her, or by the Mayor pro tem when acting as Mayor, and all ordinances and resolutions shall be recorded before they shall be in full force.
