§ 5.04.050. Revocation.

Any license granted under the provisions of any ordinance of the city may be revoked at any time , upon written notice, by the Mayor or City Council, when it shall appear to his or her or their satisfaction that the licensee has failed or neglected to comply with any provision of any ordinance of the city applicable to the person, business occupation or place so licensed.
