§ 5.04.080. Partnership or companies.

Any number of persons doing business in co-partnership at any one place, shall be required to have but one license for said business; provided that if more than one kind of business or pursuit shall be conducted at any one place, by the same person or firm, at the same time, a separate license fee shall be paid for each according to the rate prescribed.
