§ 5.36.040. License fees.

The license fee for a taxicab license is two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year for any number of taxicabs from one to four. The license fee shall be due and payable on January 1st of each year and for any person making applications for license at any time subsequent to January 1st of any year. The license fee for the year in which application is made may be an amount prorated on a monthly basis to the nearest full month remaining in the license year.
