§ 6.08.120. Violations—Penalties.

Any person owning, keeping or harboring a dog in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter where a penalty is now otherwise provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
