§ 8.04.020. Anhydrous ammonia and low pressure nitrogen solutions.

The rules and regulations relating to the handling of anhydrous ammonia and low pressure nitrogen solutions, equipment containers and storage facilities as adopted by the Department of Agriculture, Divisions of Feeds, Fertilizers and Standards, state of Illinois, as the same shall exist from time to time, promulgated pursuant to statute, is adopted as the ordinance of the city by specific reference thereto. The city shall at all times maintain three current copies on file in the office of the Clerk of the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to handle anhydrous ammonia and low pressure nitrogen solutions, or provide equipment containers or storage facilities, in violation of said rules and regulations, or in any way otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with or in violation of said rules and regulations.
