§ 8.24.020. Violation—Penalty.

Any person who causes or permits any nuisance to be maintained shall be fined in a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). The payment of any such fine shall not be an excuse for the continuance of such nuisance, and if any nuisance continues thereafter, it shall be deemed a new offense, and subjecting the offender to a like penalty.
