§ 13.04.010. City clerk as head of water department.

The clerk of the city shall be responsible for operation of the city water department. In such capacity the Clerk shall keep the books, warrants, prepare monthly and annual reports and shall in addition thereto perform such duties as are usual or customary and necessary in operation of the water department.
